Title:
hAT-2_NV - a family of autonomous DNA transposons from the starlet sea anemone genome.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 7(7), 587-587 (2007)
Abstract:
The genome contains >10 copies that are less than 2% divergent from the consensus. The 684-aa transposase is encoded by two exons (pos. 607-1711, 1949-2898). The transposase contains the ZnF_TTF zinc finger domain (aa positions 50-125).
