Title:
hAT-3_NV - a family of autonomous DNA transposons from the starlet sea anemone genome.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 7(7), 589-589 (2007)
Abstract:
The genome contains only two copies of hAT-3_NV (only 2% divergent from each other). The transposase-encoding portion of the consensus sequence is corrupted by stop-codons. hAT-3N1_NV is a family if non-autonomous transposons derived from hAT-3_NV.
