Abstract:
8 bp TSD. Present in ~2000 copies in the genome. The youngest copies are ~99% identical to consensus sequence. It has been derived from hAT-11_SM like autonomous DNA transposon. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by Washington University School of Medicine: Genome Sequencing Center.
