Repbase Reports 8(10), 1620-1620 (2008)
Abstract:
This transposon was inserted specifically into AC (or GT ) microsatellite. The size of TSD is unknown. The TIRs are imperfect, around 20-bp long. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by the Danio rerio Sequencing Group at the Sanger Institute.
