Abstract: The consensus was built from copies which are ~90% identical to it. This transposon was inserted specifically into 4-bp ATAT target, but the TSD is not certain. The TIR of this element is 28-bp long. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by the Danio rerio Sequencing Group at the Sanger Institute.
