Abstract:
The element is characterized by 2-bp TSDs, mostly TA, and 16-bp TIR. It is putatively classified as EnSpm superfamily because its similarity with EnSpm-2_DR in their termini sequence. EnSpm-N2_DR is a composite element, containing insertions of several other TEs (masked out). This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by the Danio rerio Sequencing Group at the Sanger Institute.
