Abstract:
TSD is 8-bp long. Most elements are inserted into TA satellite. The consensus contains an insertion of HE1_DR1 SINE element (masked out). This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by the Danio rerio Sequencing Group at the Sanger Institute.
