Abstract: This is a distinct subgroup of the Kolobok superfamily which includes families identified so far in hydra, starlet sea anemone, wasp, aphid, red flour beetle, and sea urchin. Most elements are flanked by TTAA TSDs. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by TIGR, J Craig Venter Institute.
