Abstract: 10% First 2100 bp are copied from K4 subfamily ORFs: gag 245-1318 (= CR1-K4 gag), pol 1303...4168 with many frameshifts. Subgroups have even more frameshifts. Got to represent a non-autonomous element. No reason to believe that gag would be open either. Build from 56 copies.
