Journal:
Repbase Reports 9(1), 18-18 (2009)
Abstract:
It contains additional insertions of I-1_DR fragment and TDR18, which were not included in the consensus. The youngest copies are ~98% identical to consensus. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by the Danio rerio Sequencing Group at the Sanger Institute.
