Title:
transposable elements from zebrafish.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 9(2), 567-567 (2009)
Abstract:
Like TE-X-4_DR, this element is flanked by TG/CA minisatellite, which is not sure exist before insertion or generated during insertion. The TIR does not exist, and TSD is not determined. The 5'- ~150-bp portion is ~75% similar to the corresponding region of FUGUREP2, which is also flanked by TG/CA minisatellite. The insertion sequence corresponding to HATN-5_DR is masked out.
