Abstract: The three sequences in this family have a p-distance of 0,0033 sd= 0,00077, presenting LTRs of 227 nts that are identical within each element. The consensus sequence presents an ORF of 927 aa that has no conserved domains for known proteins. The LTR finder program detected a PBS for Asparagine and a PPT signal.
