Abstract:
>88% identical to consensus. 4bp tsd. Similarity to ERV1-6-EC_LTR from horse. This LTR is shared with alpaca, but it appears to be more ancient as it is ~83% to consensus in that mammal. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by Human Genome Sequencing Center at Baylor College of Medicine: Dolphin Genome Project.
