Abstract:
>90% identical to consensus. 6bp tsd. 3' end (~150bp), similar to ERV2-1-LTR_Opr. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by Broad Institute Mammalian Genome Project: American Pika. We thank the Broad Institute Genome Sequencing Platform and Genome Sequencing and Analysis Program, Federica Di Palma, and Kerstin Lindblad-Toh for making the data for Ochotona princeps available.
