Abstract:
>89% identical to consensus. Distantly related to LTR14_Opr. TSD undetermined due to low number of intact copies. Classification based on homology to other ERV1-type viruses. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by Broad Institute Mammalian Genome Project: American Pika. We thank the Broad Institute Genome Sequencing Platform and Genome Sequencing and Analysis Program, Federica Di Palma, and Kerstin Lindblad-Toh for making the data for Ochotona princeps available.
