Abstract: This consensus is generated from 30 sequences with >91% identity. The ORF1 protein of this family, combined with that of CR1_Ele20, shows high similarity to those of L2B elements, such as L2B-1_AAe. It indicates ORF1 shuffling between CR1 and L2B.
