Title:
MuDRF, a new group of DNA transposons belonging to the MuDR superfamily.

Repbase Reports 11(8), 2297-2297 (2011)
Abstract:
This consensus is generated from 2 sequences with ~98% identity. MuDRF is a new group of DNA transposons belonging to the MuDR superfamily. MuDRF encodes a protein including GCM DNA-binding and DDE-transposase domains. ~150-bp TIRs. The exon-intron structure is predicted with Softberry FGENESH. We thank the Broad Institute Genome Sequencing Platform for making the data for Puccinia triticina available.
