This consensus is generated from 9 sequences with >99% identity. 15-bp TIRs. TA TSDs. Sagan is a new group of DNA transposons belonging to the Mariner/Tc1/IS630 superfamily. But there is an insertion between D and E in the encoded DDE-transposase.
