Abstract:
The 5'-potion (pos 1-2300) is ~98% identical to that portion of TAD1-2_BG, but the the postion (from pos 2311 to the 3'-end) is only ~76% identical to that of TAD1-2_BG. Therefore, either Tad1-2_BG or Tad1-18_BG is derived from recombination.
