Title:
A family of ISL2EU-2_NV DNA transposons from the starlet sea anemone genome.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 12(10), 1998-1998 (2012)
Abstract:
The consensus was built from several copies 99% identical to each other. THis transposon is inserted specifically into AATATT target site (TA TSD). The 16-bp terminal inverted repeats are highly imperfect: 7 mismatches. However the transposon contains also 35-bp subterminal inverted repeats (6 mismatches, pos. 43-77 and 4171-4137).
