Abstract: ~95% identical to consensus. It looks like a fragment of Gypsy LTR retrotransposon, but it cannot be extended further. This consensus sequence was derived from the data released in Genbank by the Baylor College of Medicine Human Genome Sequencing Center, prior to publication.
