Title:
DNA transposons from the Drosophila bipectinata genome.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 12(5), 616-616 (2012)
Abstract:
~96% identical to consensus. 8bp TSD. It is a composite DNA transposon in which a Helitron-N1_DBp (701-1461, ~94% identical to consensus) is inserted into a hAT-N1_DBp (1-700, 1462-1616). This consensus sequence was derived from the data released in Genbank by the Baylor College of Medicine Human Genome Sequencing Center, prior to publication.
