Repbase Reports 12(7), 1190-1190 (2012)
Abstract:
TA TSDs. ~80-bp TIRs. It is found from several Drosophila species. In D. rhopaloa and D. eugracilis, many copies are >99% identical to the consensus and thus, very likely are active. The consensus is ~98% identical to that of Mariner-1_DBi.
