Title:
Telomere-linked helicase genes from the red seaweed.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 14(1), 309-309 (2014)
Abstract:
>99% identical to consensus. This repeat family includes a gene related to fungal telomere-linked helicase genes. It is also seen with telomeric repeat-like sequences. Although their 3' end is clear, the 5' end is uncertain, and sometimes follows the 3' end of another TLH-1_CCri. The sequence 15700-16624 is an insertion of Mariner-N13_CCri. The sequence 24015-24554 is ~85% identical to SAT-1_CCri.
