Abstract: ~89% identical to consensus. 25-bp perfect TIRs. This is specifically inserted into TTAA and appears to generate no TSDs. However the similarity to Mariner/Tc1-type transposase indicates that it makes TA TSDs and ends with CAG..CTG. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by the Broad Institute Stickleback Genome Project.
