Abstract: ~93% identical to consensus. 3' terminus is uncertain. It encodes a Rehavkus-type transposase and a Ulp1 protease. The region 34-979 is an insertion similar to DNA9-1_SIn, and thus masked by x (TSDs are GGATTCCCC and GGTTTCCCT). The sequence 34-979: GTGTGTGTGAAGTTGGTGTATCATTTTAAGGAAATTCACGACAAATTGAGAGTTCTGGCTTTATTTATATTAGTTCTTTATTT ATATTAGTTTCTGATAGATAAAACAAATAGTTCTGGCCTTTAAAGTAAAAAAACGCATAGGATAAAGTGAGACGTCAGGTTC AAGCAGTGTTTCAGTTTGTCCTGCGTTATTTTCCGACACAGTTCTTGTAGAATTTTAAAAGATCAATAGTTTTAGAAAAGTT CTAGAAAAAGTTCTGACGTTTAATATAGTTTATTTTATTTTTATTTAAAATTCTTGTAAAATAATTACATTATAATGTTATGT AATAGAGTTCCGTGTACAAAAGGATATGTTTCCTCTAGTTTTGAACGTATCTAAGCGCCTTCCAAAGAGTTCTGGTCGAAT CCGTTATTAATTAGTTAATAAAAAATTAATACCTTCCACGAAAAATATATATTTGTGTATATGGGTGAGACATTGGTCTATT TTCAAGAGTTTCGTGTACAAAAAAATATTTTTCCTCCAGTTCTGAATATATTTAAGCGCTTTTCGGGAGGCGTTTACATGTT CAAAACTGGAGGAAACATATATTTTTTGTACACGGAACTATATTATATAATATTATAAAATAATTATTTTACAATAATTTTA AATAAAAATTAAATAAACTATGTCAAACGCCAGAAATCTTTCTAAAACTCATGTAGAACTATAAATATTTTAAAATCTACA AGAATGGTGTCCGATAATGACACAGGACAAACTGAGACACTTCGTGAACCTAGCGTCTCACTTTGTCTTATGCGTTTTTTT TTTCGCTTTAAAGACCAGAACTATTTGTATTATCTATCAGGAACTATATAACTATTGTAAATGAAGCCAGAACTCTCTTTA ATTTTTTGTGAGCTTCCACGAAATAATACGCCAAATTAACAGACAC.
