Abstract:
~97% identical to consensus. CryptonH is a new group of tyrosine recombinase-encoding DNA transposons in eukaryotes. CryptonH is distantly related to CryptonV, and distributed among animals including fish and cnidarians. LRS_DR and Crypton-2_NV likely belong to CryptonH.
