Title:
Non-LTR retrotransposons from zebrafish.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 14(6), 1811-1811 (2014)
Abstract:
>96% identical to consensus. Low-copy number. A composite repeat including L1, Nimb and tRNA genes. The region 2210-6000 is similar to L1 and the region 6182-9144 is similar to Nimb. The sequence between them is like Gypsy LTR. The 5' region upstream of L1 is likely a part of tRNA gene array.
