Title:
Transposable elements from zebrafish.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 14(6), 1869-1869 (2014)
Abstract:
This is the consensus built from copies that are ~10% divergent from it. The size of TSD is unknown, and TIR is not obvious, but the elements are inserted into TA satellites. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by the Danio rerio Sequencing Group at the Sanger Institute.
