Abstract: This consensus is generated from 30 sequences with 86-92% identity. ~9-bp TSDs are highly AT-rich. Both termini are ~480-bp imperfect TIRs. Terminal sequences GGG..CCC and TSD features support that it is a non-autonomous MuDR, although no sequence similarity is seen.
