Abstract:
This consensus is generated from 30 sequences with 82-92% identity. ~7-bp TSDs are highly AT-rich. Both termini are 252-bp imperfect TIRs. Terminal sequences and TSD features support that it is a non-autonomous MuDR, although no sequence similarity is seen.
