Abstract:
>96% identical to consensus. TSDs are usually TA, unlike other hAT transposons. Imperfect 40-bp TIRs. The TIRs are similar to those of HATN13_DR, hAT-N21_DR, and hAT-N58_DR with 76-83% identity. The sequence 87-976 is ~91% identical to piggyBac-N2_AFC flanked by TTAA, and therefore, this portion is likely an inserted piggyBac-type transposon.
