Abstract: LTRs are 96% identical to the consensus. This internal portion of Copia-13B_OS-LTR is almost identical to that of Copia-13_OS-LTR, however, the identity between Copia-13B_OS-LTR and Copia-13_OS-LTR is only ~77%. This suggest either that in some circumstance the LTR can be swithed between different LTR-retrotransposons, or the "independent evolution" of LTR portion.
