Abstract: ~99.8% identical to consensus. It is inserted in 28S rRNA genes. The junction sequence indicates that the integration of this family of non-LTR retrotransposon deletes the sequence of GATTCCCTC, just upstream of the canonical TSDs of R1 (TGTCCCTATCTACT).
