Abstract: ~97% identical to the consenus. The Helitron features of this family including: 1. the TTTTT at the 5'-end. 2. short hairpins at both 5'-end (AGCTCACTCGTGAGCT) and 3'-end (ATGGTCCATGGACCAT), 3. complementary short sequence between the 5'-end and the 3'-area upstream to the 3'-end hair pin (5': GCTCACTCGT; 3': ACGAGTGAGC). 4. no-TSDs. These features indicate it belong to Helitron2 family.
