Abstract:
De novo TE library from GCA_905181385.1. Consensus of 10 total genomic TIR to TIR length copies; mean 97.1% identity to consensus. Additional features: 8 nt TSDs (GTGGACAC); 12 nt TIRs; all copies are genomic duplications at scaffold CAJIXV010001937 and are nonautonomous with the expected ORF at position 1774 to 3902 of the consensus.
