Abstract:
Analyzed genome of coffea: GCA_003713225.1 v1.0. Consensus of 42 full length seqs; mean 95.5% identity to consensus. Additional features: 5 nt TSDs; elements with 1 or 2 LTRs occur, but in the latter the internal region is only conserved along 1000 nt contiguous to LTRs; two major subpopulations of LTR-3_Car occur (a and b), which consensus share 82.2% similarity.
