Abstract: Analyzed genome of tea: GCA_013676235.1. Consensus of 65 entire length seqs (TIR to TIR); mean 96.8% identity to consensus. Additional features: 11 nt TIRs; 8 nt TSDs; one copy carries an entire LTR-1_Csi-LTR element (solo-1070 nt) flanked by AGTTG TSDs integrated at position 321 of the consensus sequence; four major subpopulations of hAT-2_Csi occur (a to d), which consensus share 79.6% similarity.
