Analyzed genome of tea: GCA_013676235.1. Consensus of 7 entire length seqs (TIR to TIR); mean 97.4% identity to consensus. Additional features: 11 nt TIRs; 8 nt TSDs; four major subpopulations of hAT-2_Csi occur (a to d), which consensus share 79.6% similarity.
