Abstract:
Analyzed genome of chili pepper: GCF_000710875.1 v1.0. Consensus of 4 seqs with similar lengths, 3 with both termini and 1 truncated a few bases near 3 prime end; mean 92.7% identity to consensus. Additional features: twenty major subpopulations of Guadalupe occur in this chili pepper; 9 nt TSDs, >90% AT-rich; 51 nt TIRs, mean similarity of 70%.
