Abstract: 1..81 /feature="tRNA-related region" 13..23 /feature="A box" 57..67 /feature="B box" 82..182 /feature="tRNA-unrelated region" 183..194 /feature="tail" Analyzed genome of chili pepper: GCF_000710875.1 v1.0. This consensus is generated from 250 entire length sequences with mean 90.7% identity to consensus. There exist two major subpopulations of SINE2-1_Can (a and b) which consensus share 70.1% sequence similarity. SINE2-1b_Can is 84.5% similar to Lj_SINE-3.
