Abstract:
1..14 /feature="TIR" 27..36 /feature="subterminal inverted repeat" 156..165 /feature="subterminal inverted repeat" 176..189 /feature="TIR" Analyzed genome of chili pepper: GCF_000710875.1 v1.0. This consensus is generated from 30 entire length sequences with mean 89.3% identity to consensus. This element has 8 nt TSDs and 14 nt TIRs characteristic of hAT transposons. Its consensus is 85% and 82.1% similar to SINE_SO and SINE1_SO, respectively.
