Abstract:
1..5 /feature="inverted repeat region" 8..12 /feature="inverted repeat region" 2164..2168 /feature="inverted repeat region" 2171..2175 /feature="inverted repeat region" Analyzed genome of yerba mate: GCA_905181385.1. This consensus is generated from 50 entire length sequences with mean 86.7% identity to consensus. This element has 5 nt TSDs (measured in Solo-LTRs). There exist three major subpopulations of LTR-2_Ipa-LTR (a, b and c) which consensus share 84% sequence similarity.
