Abstract:
1..178 /feature="LTR" 304..481 /feature="LTR" Analyzed genome of yerba mate: GCA_905181385.1. This consensus is generated from 120 entire length sequences with mean 90.4% identity to consensus. This element arranges single (LTR-I-LTR) or in tandem of I-LTR structures, 3, 4, 5 and up to 15 (scaffold CAJIXV010001237) repetitions, flanked by 5 nt TSDs. There exist two major subpopulations of LTR-4_Ipa (a and b) which consensus share 73.1% sequence similarity.
