Abstract:
1..205 /feature="LTR" 335..539 /feature="LTR" Analyzed genome of yerba mate: GCA_905181385.1. This consensus is generated from 25 entire length sequences with mean 99.9% identity to consensus. This element arranges single (LTR-I-LTR) or in tandem of I-LTR structures, 3, 4, 7 and up to 20 (scaffold CAJIXV010000041) repetitions, flanked by 5 nt TSDs. There exist two major subpopulations of LTR-4_Ipa (a and b) which consensus share 73.1% sequence similarity.
