Abstract:
1..82 /feature="tRNA-related region" 12..22 /feature="A box" 55..65 /feature="B box" 83..147 /feature="tRNA-unrelated region" 148..158 /feature="tail" Analyzed genome of tea: GCA_013676235.1. This consensus is generated from 15 copies within duplicated genomic regions (1 insertional event), with mean 96.3% identity to consensus and 13 nt TSDs (TTGAGTAAAACAG/TTGAGTAAAACAG). There exist three major subpopulations of SINE2-5_Csi (a, b and c) which consensus share 68.7% sequence similarity.
