Abstract:
1..82 /feature="tRNA-related region" 14..24 /feature="A box" 58..68 /feature="B box" 83..183 /feature="tRNA-unrelated region" 184..199 /feature="tail" Analyzed genome of tea: GCA_013676235.1. This consensus is generated from the overall 6 copies of this element in tea, resultant from 6 insertional events, with mean 97% identity to consensus. Solely 4 copies are entire length, another is 6 nt truncated at 5´ and the last holds the entire tRNA-related region truncated. All the copies has TSDs (17, 15, 14, 10 or 8 nts), 48.4% A-rich regions, and 1 is at intron of gene HYC85_003365. Its consensus is 70.4% similar to SINE2-1a_Can.
