Abstract: De novo TE library from GCA_002271885.2. Consensus of 25 seqs; mean 80.11% identity to consensus. Additional features: 32 nt TIRs 95.30% identity; TA TSDs; 81.89% similar to Mariner-N9_STu of Repbase. There exist two major subpopulations of Mariner-N1_Cba (a and b) which consensus share 87.50% sequence similarity.
