Abstract:
De novo TE library from GCA_002271885.2. Consensus of 350 seqs; mean 95.20% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-81); A box (13-23); B box (57-67); tRNA-unrelated region (82-164); poly T tail (165-170). There exist nine major subpopulations of SINE2-10_Cba (a to i) which consensus diverge in length mainly by indels (186 to 153 nt) and base composition also, and share 72.30% sequence similarity.
