Abstract:
De novo TE library from GCA_002271885.2. Consensus of 50 seqs; mean 91.09% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-82); A box (14-25); B box (58-68); tRNA-unrelated region (83-248); poly A tail (249-259); 82.70% similar to SolS-IIIb of Repbase. There exist three major subpopulations of SINE2-3_Cba (a, b and c) which consensus share 74.30% sequence similarity.
